By making a purchase on soum-baby, you acknowledge that the goods are bespoke and custom-made specifically for you. They are produced after purchase confirmation, and no stock exists before your purchase. Changes or cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of purchase confirmation. After this period and once the purchase enters production, no changes or cancellations are possible. Orders are considered final unless goods are faulty.

For certain cases, soum-baby.shop offers a “No Returns” policy, meaning you don’t need to return personalized printed items. Provide detailed information and pictures of the received items for issue resolution.

Refund Conditions:
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are permitted under the following conditions:

1. Damaged goods received.
2. Visible defects in the print.
3. The item is the wrong size, color, design, or style from the one ordered.

Refund Procedure:

1. Qualified refund conditions must be met.
2. Refund requests can be made within 24 hours from the order recording time.
3. Submit the request through the soum-baby.shop system or email at support@soum-baby.shop, including the order ID.
4. Refunds will be processed to the payment account used for the purchase.
   
   • If PayPal was used, the amount will be refunded to the PayPal balance.
   • If a credit card was used, the refund will appear on the credit card balance.
5. Refund requests are processed within 24 hours.
6. Refunded amounts show up immediately for PayPal and may take 5-10 business days for credit cards.
